Maria – Myrto Papadopoulou

ResumeMaria-Myrto Papadopoulou, MD, graduated from the Medical School, University of Ioannina, Greece to which she was admitted after Panhellenic Exams, in July 2021. Thenceforth, she was working as Pediatric Resident with clinical interest in Pediatric Dermatology at the Pediatric Department at the General Hospital of Kastoria, until July 2022. At the moment, she is working as a rural doctor while working shifts at the Surgical Department of Kastoria and she is also participating in dermal-surgical procedures of the Department. When being a medical student she had an active social role, being a member of HelMSIC and S.S.C.M.S. – scientific societies. She has participated in medical street actions, scientific congresses for medical students and research exchanges. Moreover, she has cooperated with a research group of the University of Patra in order to demonstrate the usage characteristics and relevant perceptions of the medical applications among students in Greece. Furthermore, she is currently attending the “Dermoscopy” MSc Program at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the “Inflammatory and Autoimmune Skin Diseases” Educational Program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She attempts to attend Dermatology and Surgical Dermatology Congresses in Greece and she is a member of the Society of Junior Doctors since March 2022.
