- ResumeGakis Georgios is a University of Patras, School of Medicine graduate and general secretary of the Society of Junior Doctors since January 2025. He has served as the alternate coordinator of the Education Committee of the SJD from October 2022 since December 2024. He is currently appointed as a post-doctoral research fellow at the Neuroimmunology and Neurological Infections Department of Johns Hopkins University and his research interests are focused on the field of Neurology and specifically Neuroimmunology. He has participated in research projects that led to conference abstracts and publications in peer-reviewed journals.
