- ResumeMichail Papapanou graduated with honors from the School of Medicine of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in July 2021. He attended the School via the Greek national examinations in 2015, achieving the highest entrance score. Since October 2022 he has been conducting his Ph.D. on the effect of ovarian stimulation protocols on the activity of mTOR and Hippo pathways of ovarian granulosa cells. During his undergraduate studies, he has exhibited broad research interest with scientific papers in Obstetrics and Gynecology, General Surgery, Reproductive medicine, and medical education having been published in international peer-reviewed journals. He has a special interest in systematic review methodology with current active participation in Cochrane reviews as well as a systematic review commissioned and funded by the World Health Organization. Being a member since April 2020, a Secretary General in 2021, and a President in 2022, he currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors of the Society of Junior Doctors (2023).
